· Able to demonstrate initiative, enthusiasm, and the ability to multi-task.

· Have strong organisational skills and great attention to detail.

· Strong IT skills.

· Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

· An all round team player.

• Passionate about hospitality, food and drink

• Detail-focused to ensure a smooth day to day running of our Development Kitchen Office.

• Outgoing, personable, and organised

• Fluent in English with at least 6 months industry experience in a similar role



Office Administrator role:

Ensure the smooth running of the office and offer support to colleagues so they’re able to effectively and efficiently carry out their roles.
Inputting invoices and updating spreadsheets.
Act as the first point of contact for all enquiries by phone, in person or via email ensuring they are dealt with in a friendly, helpful and timely manner.
Provide general administrative support for colleagues as required.
Maintain office supplies, petty cash and stationery and manage office related budgets and costs.
Looking after guests and providing refreshments for meetings as required
