Overview
To prepare and present a variety of menus in a timely and eclectically pleasing fashion. Keeping proper rotation and freshness of product a priority.
Responsibilities
Ensure proper rotation of all foods
Follow all ACHD guidelines
Direct and manage employees
Must be able to stand to entire shift
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Must be able to transition to hot and cold environments
Qualifications
Minimum six (6) months of related experience required
Able to work a varied work schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.
Be flexible and adaptable to change.
Adheres to state liquor laws and beverage control procedures that pertain to serving and handling.
Serve-safe food handlers certification required
