Chief Product Officer (CPO)

About the Role

We are looking for a visionary Chief Product Officer to lead our product strategy, roadmap, and execution. The CPO will serve as the voice of the customer at the executive level, bridging business goals with user needs to build products that drive growth and deliver lasting value.

Responsibilities

Strategy & Vision Define and communicate the long-term product vision aligned with company goals. Translate market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence into a compelling product strategy. Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, influencing company direction.

Product Development & Execution Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration. Prioritize features and initiatives against business impact, technical feasibility, and customer value. Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, and Go-to-Market teams to ship high-quality products on time.

Team Leadership Build, mentor, and scale a world-class product management organization. Foster a culture of customer obsession, experimentation, and accountability. Define career paths and performance standards for PMs across all levels.

Customer & Market Insight Champion deep customer understanding through research, data analysis, and direct engagement. Monitor the competitive landscape and identify whitespace opportunities. Translate qualitative and quantitative signals into actionable product decisions.

Business Impact Define and track product KPIs tied to revenue, retention, and engagement. Present product performance and roadmap updates to the board and investors. Align product investments with budget planning and resource allocation.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of product management experience, with 4+ years in senior leadership
  • Proven track record of shipping and scaling successful products (B2B or B2C)
  • Strong command of product analytics, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent communication skills — able to inspire teams and align executives
  • Experience working in or leading cross-functional organizations
  • Prior experience in a high-growth startup or scaled technology company preferred

  • Technical background (engineering or data science)
  • Experience with platform or marketplace products
  • Domain expertise relevant to the company's industry
