KFC is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team. The Delivery Driver is responsible for delivering orders to customers quickly, safely, and with a friendly attitude, while maintaining KFC’s high standards of service and food quality.

• Pick up food orders from the restaurant and deliver them to customers in a timely manner

• Ensure orders are accurate, complete, and handled safely

• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries

• Handle cash or digital payments when required

• Follow assigned delivery routes and traffic laws

• Maintain cleanliness and basic care of the delivery vehicle

• Communicate with the restaurant team regarding delays or issues

• Follow KFC health, safety, and hygiene standards

• Valid driver’s license

• Clean driving record

• Knowledge of local streets and areas

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery timelines

• Previous delivery or customer service experience

• Own motorcycle/car (if applicable, depending on branch policy)
