Franchisees are independent business owners who are solely responsible for their own employees and set their own wage and benefit programs that can vary among franchisees.   Restaurant Food Prep-Dunkin Donuts JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Willing to work a flexible schedule. Able to lift and transport restaurant goods and equipment of up to 50 pounds across short distances in the restaurant. Able to endure prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending and stooping and adhere to proper techniques to ensure safety. Must possess an adequate command of the English language to include understanding, speaking, reading and writing. Ability to learn and comprehend proper use and maintenance of relevant kitchen equipment and machinery.
