What are we looking for?

We need a Bar Manager who has experience in 5 star hotels with multiple F&B Outlets, has excellent interpersonal skills, and is able to thrive under pressure and be a focal point for those in his team;
We need you to be committed and proactive, with a passion for outstanding customer care, experienced in stock management and control, and above all has a love for a fast-paced bar environment;
As a Bar Manager, you'll:

·Help design and create innovative drinks and cocktail recipes

·Have the ability to deliver a warm and charming service style

·Recruitment, management and appraisal of the bar team with a constant view to improving staff retention

·Have previous experience working in high volume bars

·Prepare all ordered drinks to specification and maintaining product standards and consistency

·Demonstrate a positive approach to own role and teamwork

·Be excellent at multi-tasking whilst keeping our guests at the front of their mind at all times

·Be proactive a team player and the best support to the bar family

·Complete quality preparation of all duties to clean, set up, handover and close the bar and shift to standard

·Ensure that stock is kept safe at all times and the bar is fully set and ready for service

·Provide Rockstar service to all our guests all of the time

·Ensure a smooth and efficient operation

The ideal Bar Manager will:

·Understand a high volume, fast passed environment with BIG drinks sales in multiple outlets;

·Very much a people person, enjoying being on the floor and not stuck in the office;

·Must love being hands on;

·Team leading skills and an exceptional communicator;

·Have strong stock and financial understanding;

·Switched on and passionate individual;

·Great spirits and cocktail knowledge;

·Ability to manage and motivate your team.
