As a Bartender, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our clients' events. You will be responsible for delivering top-notch beverage service, crafting cocktails, and providing an outstanding guest experience. You will work closely with our clients and event coordinators to create customized drink menus and execute flawless bar service.
Key Responsibilities:
Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and client preferences.
Mixology: Showcase your mixology skills by creating unique and delicious cocktails that align with the event theme and client expectations.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and addressing any special requests or dietary restrictions.
Bar Setup and Breakdown: Set up and organize the bar area before the event, ensuring it is stocked with all necessary supplies. After the event, clean and sanitize the bar area, glassware, and equipment.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and other bar supplies. Replenish supplies as needed and report any shortages to the event coordinator.
Compliance: Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations related to alcohol service, including checking IDs and refusing service to underage or intoxicated guests.
Safety: Maintain a safe and clean work environment, including responsible alcohol service practices and proper handling of glassware and equipment.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other event staff, including servers and event coordinators, to ensure smooth and coordinated service.
