In addition to technical drink-making skills, the successful candidate should be able to engage guests in a friendly and professional manner, anticipate customer needs, and manage multiple orders at once. A strong understanding of mixology, beverage trends, and responsible alcohol service is highly preferred. Prior experience in a bar or restaurant setting is an advantage.
