Food & Beverage Supervisor


Description

The Copthorne Hotel Slough is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to work closely with management to ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times.

As Food and Beverage Supervisor your Key Responsibilities Include:

· To assist in the planning and organisation of all Food & Beverage operations on a daily basis to ensure its smooth running.

· To work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to ensure that all outlets are operating efficiently at all times.

· To ensure stocks are kept to the right level.

· The deal effectively with customers at all times in order to develop customer relations and contact

· To ensure that outstanding customers service is offered to our guests at all service points, both from an individual and management perspective.

· To attend any meetings as requested by your line manager

· To be responsible for float during shift ensuring correct balance at end of shift.

· To carry out all reasonable tasks as may be requested.

· To supervise the service of food & beverages.

· To seat and greet all customers.

· Check restaurant diary on a daily basis.

· To behave at all times in a manner which projects a good Company image to colleagues and guests, and ensure safe, hygienic working conditions.

The Experience & Qualifications required of a Food and Beverage Supervisor are:

· People management experience, particularly within the Food and Beverage industry would be advantageous.

· Outstanding customer service skills.

· Good organisational skills.

· The ability to work well under pressure and maintain a professional approach.

· The ability to work as part of a team.

· Experience working with payments.

· Experience of Micros computer system.
