  • Operational Management: Coordinate and manage daily business operations across multiple sites within the designated area.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage regional budgets, control costs, and implement strategies to ensure the financial success and profitability of the area. 
  • Sales and Performance: Drive sales, achieve set targets, and ensure the area meets key performance indicators (KPIs). 
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate local store managers and other staff members to foster a high-performing team. 
  • Strategy Implementation: Implement and execute company policies, strategies, and action plans within the area to achieve business objectives. 
  • Customer Experience: Ensure high standards of customer service and product quality are maintained throughout the region. 
  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure all locations and operations adhere to company policies, safety standards, and relevant regulations.
