Primary requirements of a Wingstop employee:

• Create food consistent with Wingstop’s high-quality standards

• Maintain restaurant that is noticeably cleaner than others

• Engage with customers and provide an exceptional experience

• Have a proven ability to work well under pressure, as part of a team and at a fast pace

Qualifications for the job:

• Maintain a dependable schedule and predictable attendance

• Have reliable transportation

• Previous restaurant experience is a plus

Key Competencies:

• Always represent the brand and department in a professional and polished manner 

• Must have an outgoing and positive attitude when dealing with guests 

• Excellent menu and product knowledge

• Must be able to thrive in a fast paced environment

• Understand and apply all proper health and safety precautions

• Cross-train in other positions of the restaurant and be ready to assist when needed 

• Ability to adapt to new procedural changes and introduce new ideas and solutions to create efficiency in the operation
